Shipping Information

Important: If the parcel is broken or looks degraded, please check that the items in the box are not damaged. If they are, DO NOT sign the proof of delivery, as there will be no refunds if you accept it.

NEW: We are now offering free shipping to 20+ countries with the European Single Market. 

Dispatching time: Orders are dispatched 2–5 working days after being received. For orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays, there will be an additional 1-2 working days delay. A confirmation email along with your tracking number will be sent to you when the order has been dispatched. Once an order is dispatched, 99% of the time it gets delivered within the timeline specified in the table below. Sometimes, due to unforeseen circumstances such as misrouted parcels, damage in transit, weather conditions, or any other issues out of our control, it could take longer than that. To avoid any disappointment, please make sure to place your order in advance, as we don't take any responsibility for delays caused by the aforementioned circumstances.

Products that are not listed as out of stock are ready for dispatch. There are exceptions when we may run out of a product. If this happens, we can offer you a replacement. Our aim is to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible.

Free shipping is available for orders from our wholesale store.

Please Note: We do not deliver to off-shore Islands.  

Packaging:

Wholesale orders come in original supplier packaging. We do not open or re-pack them.
